In order to be a true partner to those in the building industry, Vollusia realizes the importance of understanding the industry, the challenges it faces and the growth it experiences.  Vollusia is a proud member of three builders' associations-BAGB (Boston), GTHBA (Toronto) and NAHB (U.S.)  Our membership allows us to stay apprised of changes in the building industry, in each of the markets in which we have a presence.

BAGB
The Builders Association of Greater Boston (BAGB), a trade Association affiliated with the National Association of Home Builders and Home Builders Association of Massachusetts, has represented the industry since 1944.   The over 400 members include small, moderate, and large volume builders, who construct single family, multi-family, and commercial properties, and remodeling contractors, who do projects ranging from kitchens and baths to full house renovation. Associate members represent property management professionals, sales and marketing individuals and firms, suppliers, retail and wholesale dealers, architects, engineers, land planners, attorneys, accountants, and financial institutions, and realtors.   For more information, visit www.bagb.org or call 617-773-1300.

GTHBA
With more than 1,100 members, the Greater Toronto Home Builders' Association is the voice of the residential construction industry in the GTA. Established in 1921, the association represents a full cross-section of the industry, consisting of home builders, developers, renovation contractors, subcontractors, manufacturers, suppliers, service, professional and financial firms. For more information, visit www.gthba.com or call 416-391-3445.

NAHB
NAHB exists to represent the building industry by serving its members and affiliated state and local builders associations. To achieve an overall mission of member satisfaction, NAHB concentrates on creating balanced national legislative, regulatory and judicial public policy; promoting public appreciation for the importance of housing and those who provide it; serving as the premier resource for industry information, education, research and technical expertise; improving business performance of its members and affiliates; and, effective management of staff, financial, and physical resources to satisfy the association's needs.  For more information, visit www.nahb.org or call 800-368-5242.
